When they can handle both credit and blame for their words and actions and do so on a regular basis.
 So no fixed age. Some achieve this maturity early and some never do.

Since last post my choir did their Christmas concert along with the Children's choir and the Filipino choir. Audience did not fill the church but there was much applause for our efforts. The next night our Adult choir sang the Saturday evening mass and sang carols when they lighted the blue lights on the Church's outside Christmas tree. They had hot chocolate for all and cookies. 
At work the round of parties started at one branch with a second at another branch today. There is to be a third party Friday. My choir had two rehearsals scheduled this week for Christmas eve and Midnight Mass services.
 My presents are all bought but alas no cards have been sent, not even one ecard until today when I replied to a coworker's ecard. I have the supplies to make some cards but not the time yet. Most of my extended family have not given me email addresses and my address list is on a computer that I don't always have access to.

No snow on the ground and this year that is a good thing allowing my mostly homebound cousin to get out on occasion. My magician friend is expecting to spend a few january weeks in Florida doing shows
